welcome

Irish ingredients given a wallop of French cooking style - that's what you get when you visit the recently opened restaurant The Brown Bear, in Two Mile House.

Born out of the partnership between well experienced chef Fred Cordonnier and well known Two Mile House native Eugene Brennan, The Brown Bear combines the best of local artisan ingredients, French Flair with a local friendly atmosphere.

The Brown Bear is rapidly earning a reputation for great quality food at an affordable price. “People said we were crazy to open a new restaurant in the current economic environment, but what we have set out to deliver is an authentic, honest and great value dining experience with a local personality and people have responded to this” said Fred Cordonnier.
